How do I book an appointment?
Choose your device and the problem, then a day and time. You will receive an email with a link to confirm. The appointment is only fixed once you have confirmed it.
Can I see how my repair is going?
Yes. After your appointment you receive a personal link to check the status. If you have lost it, request it again via Track your repair.
Is the price on the website the final price?
It is an estimate. With a "from" price, the final cost depends on the device and the diagnosis. If the price turns out higher, we check with you first.
How long does a repair take?
A standard repair, such as a screen or battery, usually takes about 1 hour. If a part has to be ordered, it usually takes about 1 day. Complex repairs, such as motherboard repair, water damage and data recovery, usually take about 1 week. These times are indicative.
