Data recovery

Does your laptop or computer no longer start, but is the drive still detected? Then we can often try to secure your files. If a drive is physically damaged, we say so honestly and discuss what you can do.

Use a device with important files as little as possible until we have looked at it. Every attempt can reduce the chance of recovery.

The price depends on how complex the recovery is. A simple recovery costs € 49, a more complex one can approach € 150 and a very difficult one can approach € 250, including VAT.

The diagnosis costs € 39 including VAT. If you go ahead with the recovery, this amount is waived. If the recovery does not succeed, you only pay for the diagnosis. We discuss any other costs with you first, such as a drive for your files.
