3. Visit us
Happy with the offer? Then you complete the sale in the shop.
What you need to do
Bring an identity document.
Other than that, just the device is enough. For a laptop, please also bring the charger.
Delete your data and reset the device to factory settings before you hand it in. Also remove accounts and locks, such as iCloud, Find My and Google.
We pay by bank transfer.
